Trust but verify. Why now, 65 years after the partition? They don't appear to be destitute like the Hindus driven out of East Pakistan or the Kashmir valley. You can count on the ISI to exploit this exodus and try to sneak Manchurian candidates through. A physical for the males seeking refuge is at the very minimum warranted.
