Chidambaram who are squandering away the Indian taxpayer's money with their idiotic communal budgeting that includes among other such suicidal notions, the project to "modernise" Madarsas, increasing acess to scientific and technical education to increasingly large numbers of Mohammedans, which will serve no purpose other than setting up India as an outsourcing center for global Jihadi terror.
